What Track That Ride is

A web platform with three parts. Your office uses a dispatch dashboard to create deliveries and watch drivers. Your drivers use a web app on their own phones to see their jobs and record each handover. Your customers get a private tracking page for their delivery. Developers can drive all of it through an API.

It is deliberately narrow. Track That Ride does not plan routes, run your accounts or replace your booking system. It answers two questions well: where is my delivery? for your customer, and can you prove it was delivered? for you.

Who builds it

Track That Ride is a small, founder-led product. Razaq Ahmed designs and builds it, and the service is operated by E3 Digital, the company named in our terms and privacy policy. There is no large sales team: when you email us, the people who build the product read it.

Why it exists

Most delivery software is either built for large fleets, with pricing and set-up to match, or is a GPS tracker that tells you where a van is but not whether the parcel reached the right person. Small courier firms, especially those carrying prescriptions, samples or legal papers, need the opposite: a tracking link customers can open without an app, and a record of each handover they can show when someone asks.

So the product is built around the handover. A driver cannot mark a delivery as delivered until the proof you require is captured, and every step is stored with the time and the driver’s position. Pricing follows the same idea: on the Free plan you pay per delivery, so a small firm does not pay for capacity it does not use.

How we work

• We only describe features that work in the product today. Our features page also lists what we do not do.
• Prices on this site are read from the app’s live plan list, not typed by hand.
• We publish changes in the app’s changelog as they ship.
