The people who build Track That Ride read every email themselves. There is no phone support line, so email is the way to reach us.
I am a customer waiting for a delivery. Who do I contact?
Contact the courier or shop that sent you the tracking link. Their phone number is shown on your tracking page. Track That Ride provides the tracking software but does not carry or hold your delivery.
Can I try Track That Ride before talking to anyone?
Yes. Sign-up is free and needs no card. You can add drivers and create deliveries straight away.
