Is Track That Ride suitable for a one-van courier?
Yes. The Free plan has no monthly fee and you pay per delivery, so a single driver can use it without paying for capacity they do not need. You need at least one driver login, which can be your own phone.
Can I use Track That Ride alongside my existing booking system?
Yes. You can create deliveries in the Track That Ride dashboard by hand, or have your booking system create them through the API, and receive status changes back through webhooks.
Do my customers need an account to track a delivery?
No. They open the tracking link in any browser. Recipients only verify their phone number if you use delivery codes and they need to see their code.
Does Track That Ride work outside the UK?
Yes. Phone numbers are handled per country and you can pay in pounds, dollars or euros. This site is written for UK couriers first.
