Track That Ride pricing

Track That Ride has four plans. The Free plan has no monthly fee and costs £0.40 per delivery from a prepaid balance. Paid plans start at £40 a month with 1,000 included deliveries. Every plan has every feature; plans differ only in price and limits.

How billing works

Billing counts deliveries started. When a driver sets off with a delivery, it uses one delivery from your monthly allowance. Once the allowance is used up, or on the Free plan, the per-delivery price is taken from a prepaid balance that you top up by card.

That means a quiet month on the Free plan costs nothing, and a busy month on a paid plan costs the monthly fee plus any deliveries beyond the allowance. You can see your usage and balance in the dashboard at any time.

Pricing questions

What counts as a delivery for billing?

A delivery is counted when it is started, which is when the driver sets off with it. Creating, editing or cancelling a delivery that never starts does not count.

How does the Free plan work?

There is no monthly fee. You top up a prepaid balance by card and each delivery you start costs £0.40. If the balance cannot cover the next delivery, the app asks you to top up before the driver can start it.

What happens when I use up my monthly allowance?

On a paid plan, any delivery beyond the monthly allowance is charged at your plan’s per-delivery price from your prepaid balance (for example £0.03 on Starter).

Which currencies can I pay in?

Pounds sterling, US dollars or euros, by card through Stripe. Your account’s currency is set when you sign up.

Are any features held back for higher plans?

No. Every plan includes live tracking, customer links, proof of delivery, the audit trail, the API and webhooks. Plans differ in monthly price, included deliveries, per-delivery price and the number of drivers, API keys and webhook endpoints.

Do I need a card to sign up?

No. Sign-up asks for your name, email and company. You add a card when you top up your balance or choose a paid plan.
