How do Tookan and Track That Ride differ?
Tookan, from Jungleworks, is a general delivery-management platform. Its pricing page in October 2026 listed a Free Forever plan with 100 tasks a month and two agents, paid plans from $99 a month (billed annually) for 1,000 tasks, per-task overage, and paid extensions such as route optimisation and a branded agent app. Its product page also mentions SMS gateways, WhatsApp and white-labelling.
Track That Ride is a narrower product for courier firms. It does not plan routes or white-label, but it goes further on the evidence behind each delivery: required proof at the door, a one-time recipient code, a GPS distance check and an exportable audit trail.
How does the pricing compare?
Tookan counts tasks, with each connected stop after the first counting as half a task, and charges overage per task above your plan’s allowance. Track That Ride counts deliveries started, one per delivery. Tookan’s free tier is free up to its limits; Track That Ride’s Free plan has no monthly fee but charges each delivery from a prepaid balance. For a firm with more than a handful of deliveries a week, work out both with your own volume.
Where Tookan is stronger
Breadth: booking forms, multi-merchant support, white-labelled apps, route optimisation as an option, and customer messaging channels. If you want one platform for a whole delivery business, Tookan covers more ground.
