How do Track-POD and Track That Ride differ?
Track-POD, as described on its pricing page in October 2026, combines electronic proof of delivery with route planning and a native driver app. Its per-driver plans run from $49 to $89 a driver a month on annual billing, with a three-driver minimum, and it also offers per-order plans from $510 a month for 3,000 orders.
Track That Ride overlaps on proof of delivery and live tracking, but not on route planning. It charges per delivery rather than per driver, so a firm with occasional drivers or uneven weeks only pays for the deliveries it runs. Its strength is the record behind each delivery: status changes with who made them and where, the route, the customer’s view and a log of who looked at the audit.
Which pricing model suits you?
Per-driver pricing is predictable and works well when every driver is busy every day. Per-delivery pricing suits firms with part-time drivers, seasonal peaks or fewer than three drivers. Use our cost per drop calculator to see what a delivery costs you today, then compare each model against your real monthly volume.
Where Track-POD is stronger
Route planning and optimisation, a native app with scanning and cash on delivery, branded tracking URLs, more dashboard users and Zapier integrations. If those matter to your operation, Track-POD is the more complete tool.
